The Full flaring short sleeve HIGH Forever Dress Red is made from tech stretch Sensitive®* with tone on tone nylon sections.

High round neckline is faced in self fabric.

Short inset sleeves. Fit seams from the shoulder flare out into to a full A-line silhouette that can be made egg-shaped with a elastic drawstring around the hem.

Front skirt has an inset curved band of nylon and inseam pockets.

Reverse has a back waist seam over pleats creating drape and volume through a two-tiered back skirt with seams highlighted by a rickrack ribbon.

Full hem is longer in the back.
