If you receive an item that is unsuitable and it meets the following return requirements, please follow these easy steps for a swift and streamlined return, for an exchange or a store credit.

Return Requirements

– all tags/labels attached and intact

– unworn/unwashed – with original packaging

– within 7 days of purchase

Steps For Returned Items

Please email us on shop@differente.net for a return authorisation number within 7 days of receipt of goods including your name, order number, the item/s and the reason you wish to return.

The item/s must then be returned within 5 working days of Return Authorisation being issued. We encourage that you register your return mail and keep a receipt as we do not take responsibility for goods not received.

Clearly mark the bag with the authorisation number and send to:
