HIGH Festoon Skirt

The bell shaped HIGH Festoon Skirt is made frrom a mini, multi-colour vichy check technical taffeta.

It has an elastic waistband and volume through the skirt is created by multiple pleats from the waistband which are graduated in length to create a flaring shape over the hip.

Inseam welt hip pockets.

Shaped seams at centre front and back taper the skirt back in towards the hem which is finished in a wide band of ivory grosgrain ribbon.
